Terms of use

Last updated

These terms cover your use of the FriendSwipeFile extension and website, provided by Aditya Perswal. By installing the extension you agree to them.

What the extension does

It adds a Save button and a spend level to ads in Meta's Ad Library, and keeps the ads you save in a swipe file. FriendSwipeFile is not made, endorsed or supported by Meta.

Spend levels are estimates

Levels are ranked from public signals and are not spend figures. They can be wrong, and they are not financial or advertising advice. Make your own decisions about your budget.

Saved ads belong to their advertisers

The ads you save are for your own research and reference. Do not republish, resell or pass off saved creative as your own.

Fair use of the service

Use the extension by hand, the way a person browses. Don't automate it, scrape with it, try to reach another person's swipe file, or overload the service.

Your key and your account

Before you sign in, your swipe file is tied to a random key stored in your browser, and clearing it or uninstalling the extension loses it. After you sign in, your swipe file belongs to your account and follows you to every browser you sign in on. Keep your sign in to yourself.

Changes and availability

Features may change, and the service may be paused or ended. If it ends, you will get notice in the extension before saved data is deleted.

No warranty and limited liability

The extension is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Aditya Perswal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Questions go to Adi@tryfriend.space.
