OSW started as a customer care company in 1988, and its call center still sits inside its warehouse
OSW, short for Our Serviceworks, says it has done customer care for brands since 1988 (customer care page). It started in customer care and only later added fulfillment (New Warehouse podcast). Today the call center works out of the same building that stores and ships orders, the Carrollton warehouse north of Dallas (customer care page). The website says that team answers phone, email and live chat for client brands, and calls them "native English-speaking specialists" (customer care page).
That means a brand can give OSW both its orders and its customer questions, and both jobs happen in one building. The trade-offs are that there's only one warehouse (Fulfill.com profile), prices aren't public, and the website doesn't publish contract terms (pricing page).

One climate controlled warehouse ships every order
OSW runs one warehouse, at 2940 Eisenhower Street in Carrollton, Texas (homepage). Fulfill.com lists it at 80,000 square feet (Fulfill.com profile). The homepage says the building is air-conditioned and "maintains precise temperature and humidity levels" (homepage). That's useful for beauty products and supplements, which can spoil in a hot building.
Fulfill.com also lists the Carrollton warehouse as FDA registered and able to handle hazmat (Fulfill.com profile). So OSW ranks first on the tryfriend.space list of the best hazmat 3PLs in Texas (tryfriend.space list). The website says the receiving dock is open Monday to Friday from 8 to 4 Central time (Why OSW page).
They say they guarantee same-day fulfillment, and that shipping across the country takes 2 to 3 business days (homepage). The website doesn't list the daily cutoff time for same-day orders.
Prices come from the sales team
OSW doesn't publish prices, and its pricing page sends you to the sales team for a quote (pricing page). The same page says longer commitments can earn discounts, but it doesn't say how much. That's common, since only 74 of the 292 3PLs on tryfriend.space publish prices online. Fulfill.com says an OSW quote usually covers receiving, storage by pallet, bin or shelf, a fee per order plus a fee per item, kitting, returns and shipping at carrier rates (Fulfill.com profile).
The homepage says order accuracy is 99.9%, and that when OSW makes an error, it covers the cost (homepage). But the terms on the website only cover use of the website (terms). So the rules for lost or damaged inventory aren't public.
Michelle Harris is President and CEO
Michelle Harris is President and CEO (team page). The homepage calls OSW one of the few US fulfillment companies "led by a female CEO" (homepage). Cindy Ogden runs daily operations for both the fulfillment and customer care teams, and Jessica Trent leads sales and onboarding (team page). Kerry Walbridge is chairman, and the team page says Walbridge has a background leading technical outsourcing companies. The website doesn't say who founded OSW in 1988 or who owns it today.
Five recent reviews average 5.0
Five reviews on Fulfill.com, all posted between April and June 2026, average 5.0 out of 5 (Fulfill.com profile). The reviewers name their brands, including Keto5, Giant Coffee Co. and FitMenCook. Deb Buchanan of Keto5 wrote "we have received zero customer complaints regarding fulfillment quality" (Fulfill.com profile). Those reviews are all on one site and all recent, so they don't show how OSW has done over many years.
It fits beauty, supplement and hazmat brands
OSW is a customer care company that grew into a warehouse, and it still sells both. In my opinion it fits a beauty, supplement or hazmat brand that wants its orders and its customer emails handled by one team in a climate controlled building. It doesn't fit a brand that needs warehouses on both coasts or wants to compare prices before a sales call.
If you're not sure it fits your orders, my 3PL finder ranks it against every other 3PL using your own numbers.
