TCB Global was started in 2020 by a team that ran warehouses and events for Rockstar Energy Drink

Before TCB Global existed, its founding partners worked behind the scenes at Rockstar Energy Drink, where they built the company's in-house logistics and ran its events and tours (About page). Nick Allen, now the CEO, spent 18 years as a director there and set up a fulfillment center. In 2020 the team turned that work into a separate company. It began in a single building in Las Vegas "with no big marketing push," and an Orlando warehouse came later. Today the homepage shows the logos of about two dozen clients, including Rockstar Energy, Celsius and Alani Nu (homepage).

That start still shapes what TCB Global does best. It's built around drink and packaged food brands that need lot tracking, expiration dates and pallet shipments to retailers, and both warehouses are registered with the FDA (FAQ). The trade-offs are that prices aren't public, every client has a monthly minimum, and the website doesn't say whether either warehouse is climate controlled.

Orders by noon Pacific ship the same day

Orders that arrive by 12 p.m. Pacific ship the same business day, and the FAQ says most US customers get ground orders in 2 to 3 business days (FAQ). Both warehouses run on the same Extensiv warehouse software, which connects to Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, NetSuite, ShipStation and EDI through SPS Commerce. They say they ship wholesale and retail orders from the same stock as online orders, including pallets, case packs and retailer labels. Which carriers they use and whether they add a markup to postage isn't public.

Orders ship from Henderson and Orlando

TCB Global runs two warehouses with one set of software, procedures and reports (Locations page). The Henderson warehouse is at 8385 Eastgate Rd in the Las Vegas area and covers the West Coast and the Mountain states. Henderson also handles trade show work, like receiving goods early, staging them and delivering them to the show. The Orlando warehouse is at 6843 Conway Rd and covers the Southeast and East Coast, with freight coming in from East Coast ports. So a brand can split its stock between the two, and the homepage says that puts more customers within 1 to 2 days by ground (homepage).

But neither page gives the size of the warehouses. The FAQ doesn't cover temperature control or hazmat either (FAQ). That's worth asking about for chocolate, supplements or anything else that heat can damage.

Every client has a monthly minimum

TCB Global doesn't publish prices. The FAQ says pricing is based on receiving, picking, packing and shipping, plus storage and postage, and that "Every quote is custom" (FAQ). Each client has a monthly minimum set by its order volume and product type, but the amount isn't public. They say most clients go live within 1 to 2 weeks. The company's finances aren't public.

Nick Allen is the CEO

Nick Allen is the CEO (About page). Justin Mitchell is a founding partner and VP of operations, and ran large fulfillment centers in Southern California for a decade. Trevor Johns is a founding partner who handles finance and risk. Kevin Sanderson, the fourth founding partner, managed Rockstar Energy's professional athlete program for 12 years. Julian Reveles runs transportation and has worked at Rockstar, PepsiCo and DrinkPAK, and Sean Dishman is president of sales. Clutch lists 10 to 49 employees, with most of them in Henderson (Clutch).

Public reviews are few

Public reviews of TCB Global are few. Its one Clutch review, from April 2026, comes from the VP of The AD Leaf Las Vegas, a marketing agency that used TCB Global for festival booths and displays for drink clients (Clutch). The reviewer gave 5 out of 5 and wrote "they treat us like family." The homepage quotes the CEO of VitalPeak Nutrition saying "We cut our shipping time by three days and stopped losing inventory" (homepage). The Better Business Bureau gives TCB Global an A+ rating, and the company isn't BBB accredited (BBB).

It fits beverage and supplement brands

TCB Global still works like the logistics team of a drink company. In my opinion it fits a beverage, supplement or packaged food brand that needs lot tracking, retail pallets and warehouses on both coasts. That matches how tryfriend.space ranks it, first among the best supplements 3PLs in Nevada (tryfriend.space list) and first among food-grade 3PLs in Florida. It fits less well for a small brand that can't meet a monthly minimum, or for products that heat can damage until the company confirms the warehouses are climate controlled.

If you're not sure it fits your orders, my 3PL finder ranks it against every other 3PL using your own numbers.
