Priority Fulfillment packs some $300 men's shoes wearing gloves to keep fingerprints off the leather

Priority Fulfillment's best documented story is about shoes. Ace Marks sells men's dress shoes for about $300 a pair, and as it added styles and new markets, packing its own orders started to cause delays and mistakes (case study). So it moved its orders to Priority Fulfillment's warehouse in Medley, near Miami. The case study says staff wear gloves for some products to keep off scuffs and fingerprints, and look over each pair under daylight-like lighting. Every order gets checked twice, once at packing and once at sealing. Within three months, they say, the packaging error rate fell from 1.3% to 0.04%.

Today the homepage says Priority Fulfillment ships for more than 100 brands, has shipped more than $1 billion in goods and has grown 500% since 2023 (homepage). It also says orders in by 1 PM ship the same day and there are no long-term contracts. The trade-offs are that prices aren't public, the website doesn't name anyone who owns or runs the company, and every result it reports comes from the company itself.

Shipping is billed at carrier cost

Priority Fulfillment ships with USPS, UPS and FedEx, and the homepage says 2-day delivery reaches 95% of US households (homepage). But its services page gives 94% for the same claim, so the two pages don't agree (services page). The services page also says shipping charges are passed through at cost. That means you pay what the carrier charges the warehouse. Whether that's a discounted rate isn't public.

Orders for stores work differently from orders for shoppers. For retail and wholesale, they say they build case packs and pallets, add carton labels and ASNs, follow retailer routing guides and take orders over EDI (DTC and retail page). One pool of inventory serves both your online store and your wholesale accounts, so you don't have to split stock between them.

Every order ships from one Medley warehouse

Every order ships from one 30,000 square foot warehouse at 12864 NW South River Drive in Medley (DTC and retail page). The website says it sits near Miami International Airport and PortMiami. So there's no second warehouse, and customers on the West Coast are the farthest from your stock.

The website says the space is climate controlled (services page). It also says Priority Fulfillment is licensed and insured for hazmat like perfume, nail polish and aerosols, with dedicated storage and trained staff (DTC and retail page). Lot and expiration dates are tracked for cosmetics, supplements and other dated goods. A separate page lists frozen storage at -20°C, refrigerated storage at 2 to 8°C and climate-controlled units at 15 to 25°C (cold storage page). The website doesn't say how much of the warehouse is cold.

Every price is custom

Priority Fulfillment doesn't publish prices. The services page says "Every price is custom" (services page). You pay for receiving, storage, pick and pack, shipping and any extra services, and storage is billed by the pallet, bin or cubic foot. The quote form asks for your SKU count and monthly orders, and its smallest choices are under 10 SKUs and under 500 orders a month (quote page). They say a person replies within one business day.

The homepage says there are no long-term contracts (homepage). But the website doesn't publish a minimum, a notice period or an exit fee. The services page also mentions a "zero-shrinkage policy" and doesn't say what you get back if goods go missing (services page).

No owner or founder is named

The website doesn't name an owner, founder or manager, and its pages are signed by the company itself (About page). The About page doesn't give a founding year either. What the website does say is that each client gets a dedicated account manager.

Google shows a 4.9 from 27 reviews

The homepage shows a 4.9 rating from 27 Google reviews, but it doesn't show the reviews themselves (homepage). The website has no testimonials with customer names, and the Ace Marks case study doesn't name anyone at the brand (case study). The Better Business Bureau has no listing for Priority Fulfillment in Medley (BBB).

On tryfriend.space it ranks first on the list for beauty 3PLs in Florida (tryfriend.space list).

It fits beauty brands needing hazmat handling

Priority Fulfillment is one South Florida warehouse that sells careful handling and a long list of services. In my opinion it fits a beauty, footwear or supplement brand that sells online and to retailers, ships mostly to the East Coast, and wants hazmat and dated stock handled in one place. It's a harder choice for a brand that wants to know who owns its warehouse or see prices before a sales call.

If you're not sure it fits your orders, my 3PL finder ranks it against every other 3PL using your own numbers.
