Fulfillment Hub USA bought a Clearwater 3PL in 2025 and trucked its 900 pallets to Miami

In July 2025, Fulfillment Hub USA announced that it had bought Gulf Shore Logistics, a 3PL in Clearwater, Florida (acquisition release). It didn't keep the Clearwater warehouse. Instead it closed it and moved every client to its Miami headquarters, about 900 pallets or roughly 32 truckloads, in stages (acquisition release). It also took Gulf Shore's racks and rebuilt the Miami floor with narrow aisles. Founder and CEO Abel Horvath said the move "concentrates volume where we have the most automation" (acquisition release).

So the company has kept growing, and today it runs six warehouses of its own. It also does something most 3PLs don't, which is publish its prices (pricing page). Only 74 of the 292 3PLs on tryfriend.space do that. The trade-offs are that it says it fits brands shipping 1,000 or more orders a month, minimums and contract terms only appear in the agreement, and there's little independent review history.

It runs warehouses on both coasts and Hungary

Fulfillment Hub USA runs five US warehouses itself, in Miami, Commerce near Los Angeles, South San Francisco, Houston and Dover, Delaware (locations page). It also runs a sixth warehouse in Oroszlány, Hungary, which is unusual for a US 3PL. The Better Business Bureau lists the company at an address in Doral, next to Miami (BBB profile).

Beyond those, it lists partner warehouses in Carteret, Chicago, Portland, Nashua, two cities in Poland and Bangalore (locations page). Those aren't its own buildings, and the page says their addresses and terms are confirmed in writing for approved programs. That means you should ask who actually runs the building your orders would ship from.

The network used to be smaller. In 2021, the company described warehouses in Miami and New Jersey and a Los Angeles site that was about to open (2021 release). Today they say orders placed before about 1 pm local time ship the same day (homepage).

Pick and pack starts at $2.85

The first item in an order costs $2.85 to pick and pack if you ship up to 500 orders a month, and the price drops to $1.20 above 20,000 orders (pricing page). Each extra item costs $0.70 at the low end and $0.20 at the high end. Pallet storage runs $15.00 to $41.40 a month and bins run $1.50 to $6.90. Cold storage is priced as a markup on that, so 40°F storage costs 150% more and freezer space costs 350% more. Postage and freight pass through at carrier cost.

But the published page isn't the whole bill. Implementation, support and minimums are "Confirmed in agreement" (pricing page). The homepage also offers a price promise that says "We don't match competitor pricing. We beat it." (homepage). It covers only the company's own service fees and starts after you sign.

The company's finances aren't public. In a 2021 press release, it projected $12 million in revenue for that year (2021 release). Audited numbers aren't public.

Abel Horvath founded it and is CEO

Abel Horvath is the founder and CEO (acquisition release), and the Better Business Bureau lists Horvath as the owner (BBB profile). The same profile says the current company started on February 7, 2020. How Horvath got into fulfillment isn't public. The website says the company was an Inc. 5000 honoree in 2024 and 2025 (homepage).

Its few public reviews are positive

The Better Business Bureau gives Fulfillment Hub USA an A+ rating, shows 8 customer reviews and no complaints in the last three years (BBB profile). The company isn't BBB accredited. The website says it has a 4.8 rating on Google (homepage). So the public record is short and mostly positive.

It fits brands shipping 1,000 orders a month

Fulfillment Hub USA ranks first on the tryfriend.space lists of best Shopify 3PLs in Delaware and best EDI 3PLs in Delaware. In my opinion it fits a brand shipping 1,000 or more orders a month that wants to see prices before a sales call and wants warehouses on both coasts, with a path to Europe through Hungary. It fits less well if you need to know minimums and contract terms up front, because those only show up in the agreement.

If you're not sure it fits your orders, my 3PL finder ranks it against every other 3PL using your own numbers.
