B3 Logistics started as Golden Prep, a small Missouri shop that prepped products for Amazon sellers
B3 Logistics didn't start under that name. It started as Golden Prep Services, a Missouri company whose LinkedIn tagline was "The Gold Standard in FBA Prep" (LinkedIn page). FBA prep means labeling and packing products the way Amazon wants before they go into Amazon's warehouses. Its Fulfill.com listing says the company was founded in 2017 in Farmington, Missouri, and a customer review there calls it "Golden Prep (now B3 Logistics)" (Fulfill.com listing). Along the way it has listed three addresses. LinkedIn shows Fredericktown (LinkedIn page), an older directory shows Brightstone Road in Farmington (warehouse.ninja listing), and today the website gives 131 Burks Road in Farmington (homepage).
Today B3 Logistics sells itself as a full 3PL for online stores, wholesale orders and subscription boxes, not only Amazon prep (homepage). They say there are no setup fees, no minimums and no long-term contracts. That means a small brand can start without a big commitment. The trade-offs are that prices aren't public, the website names no one on the team, and there's only one public customer review.

The website promises shipping within 24 hours
The website says orders ship within 24 hours and that 99.9% of orders ship on time (ecommerce page). It doesn't give a daily cutoff time or name its carriers. Its Fulfill.com listing says it runs on ShipHero software and ships with UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL (Fulfill.com listing). For Amazon sellers, the FBA prep page says standard prep usually takes 24 to 48 hours, and a 24-hour option is available (FBA prep page). They also advertise a "100% FBA Compliance Guarantee," but the page doesn't say what happens if Amazon rejects a shipment.
Every order ships from one Farmington warehouse
B3 Logistics lists one warehouse, at 131 Burks Road in Farmington (homepage). The Fulfill.com listing gives it as 71,000 square feet (Fulfill.com listing). The About page talks about "warehouse locations" with quick access to most of the U.S., but no second address appears on the website (About page). So every order ships from Farmington. The website says that reaches anywhere in the U.S. in 2 days (homepage), but it doesn't say which shipping service that assumes.
The website mentions temperature-controlled options for supplements and lot and expiration tracking for pet and beauty products (industries page). The Fulfill.com listing goes further and says the company is FDA registered, follows CGMP rules and handles hazmat (Fulfill.com listing). The website itself doesn't show those certificates.
You need to store at least 5 pallets
B3 Logistics doesn't publish prices. Each service page asks you to request a quote, and the FBA prep page says the price depends on prep type, volume and handling (FBA prep page). The Fulfill.com listing says you need to store at least 5 pallets at a time and that single items can weigh up to 75 pounds (Fulfill.com listing). The website says it handles anywhere from 10 to 10,000 orders a week (ecommerce page). The company's finances aren't public.
The website names no owners or managers
The B3 Logistics website names no owners or managers (About page). It says the company is "Missouri-owned and operated" and that the team has more than 15 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment (homepage). Under the Golden Prep name, a directory listed Shayn Mabury as vice president and Brandon Tull as warehouse operations manager (warehouse.ninja listing), and LinkedIn lists Ashley Tull as an employee (LinkedIn page). Whether they still run B3 Logistics isn't public.
Only one public review exists
There's very little public feedback. The only review on Fulfill.com is from March 2025 and gives 4.8 out of 5 (Fulfill.com listing). That reviewer calls the team "responsive, flexible" and says online orders went out fast and bulk wholesale orders went smoothly. The Better Business Bureau has no listing for B3 Logistics or Golden Prep in Farmington (BBB). Even so, B3 Logistics appears on 114 lists on tryfriend.space and ranks first on several Missouri lists, including Shopify, food-grade and hazmat 3PLs.
It fits small Amazon and Shopify brands
B3 Logistics still looks like an Amazon prep shop that grew into a general 3PL. In my opinion it fits a small Amazon or Shopify brand that wants FBA prep and online orders handled in the same warehouse, with no contract. It fits less well if you need a second warehouse near a coast, or if you want to see prices and certificates before your first call.
If you're not sure it fits your orders, my 3PL finder ranks it against every other 3PL using your own numbers.
